This Lincat L4 Fume Filtration Unit is a commercial, wall-mounted air recirculation canopy designed for commercial environments. It features powerful built-in centrifugal fans that draw cooking vapours through a three-stage filtration system before expelling the cleansed air back into the kitchen from the top rear of the unit. Please Note: Electric Only: This unit is strictly unsuitable for use with gas appliances due to carbon monoxide and heat risks. No Smoke Extraction: It is designed to filter grease and odours, but it cannot extract smoke from heavy charbroiling or burning.
