They are specifically engineered for high-temperature grilling and searing, making them ideal for cooking various foods such as steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood, and vegetables. The griddles feature smooth, wide, flat cooking surfaces, made of stainless steel in the front and galvanised sides and back that retain and distribute heat evenly for consistent cooking results. Equipped with large oil collectors at the bottom, zinc alloy knob with chrome coating, standby pilot for easy start, these appliances are designed to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen environment.
