The Winterhalter PT-M warewasher is a premium, medium-sized commercial pass through dishwasher built for high-volume catering environments. It features a 500x500mm basket capacity, handles up to 48 to 60 racks per hour, and uses 2.2 to 2.4 litres of water per cycle. Designed with a highly customisable software system, it can be calibrated out of the box as a dishwasher or glasswasher.
