This Hot top servery with 3 x thermal panels, designed to accommodate 1.1 GN, and a fan assisted hot cupboard is excellent for storing hot food or plates ready for serving. The energy efficient solid hot top and hot cupboard work in sync by using residual heat from the hot cupboard whilst the heated gantry helps to keep the food warm from above. It is designed to maintain pre-heated, cooked food at a regulated temperature and is suitable for the display of most types of hot foods.
