Moffat Hot Top Servery, Hot Cupboard & Heated Gantry

This Moffat Hot Top Servery is a mobile heated food service counter, designed for holding and serving pre-heated food at a regulated temperature. The unit is designed for use in various commercial catering environments such as and allows for food to be kept warm for extended periods, using a forced-air heating and recirculation system within the hot cupboard section and independent heat for the top. The solid, one-piece Neo-Ceran glass hot top display is able to accommodate 3 x 1/1 GN and the unit is thermostatically controlled from +30°C to +110°C. The unit is “Plug and Go” for convenience and is fitted with castors and brakes for easy movement and positioning. SKU: RHC9170
