Lincat Vortech 2 Basket Fryer

The Lincat Vortech OG8115/OP/N is a highly efficient, single-tank commercial gas fryer with built-in pumped filtration.The fryer features innovative Vortech technology and a residual heat recovery system, resulting in lower running costs and higher output. The built in filtration system enables users to filter the oil whilst still hot and in under 5 minutes, ultimately extending oil life. The system drains oil directly into a removable bucket within the fryer’s body. The fryer also features an intelligent electronic thermostat measuring both the oil temperature and the rate of change, adjusting the burner’s heat output to maintain a stable frying temperature.
