Lincat Single Tank, Twin Basket Fryer

Fast, robust and reliable, this Lincat Natural Gas Fryer uses a new base heat technology to ensure quicker temperature changes and recovery times, producing better quality food with every cook. A mechanical thermostat allows for accurate and consistent temperature control, with a range of 90°C to 190°C, allowing complete control over the cooking process whilst an inboard oil drainage system for improves safety and drains the oil through the body of the fryer. The fryer features a 16ltr tank capacity and is capable of cooking up to 34kg of chips per hour. Stainless steel construction makes this fryer durable whilst front legs and rear castors add stability and allow easy positioning. The fryer comes complete with 2 frying baskets. SKU: RHC9054
