Lincat Single Tank, Twin Basket Fryer

The Lincat OG8106/OP/N is a 16ltr free-standing, single-tank, twin basket natural gas fryer, featuring a built-in pumped oil filtration system that reduces downtime and extends oil life by filtering oil in under five minutes, even when hot. The fryers externally fired heating provides high energy efficiency and fast temperature recovery. An accurate mechanical thermostat controls temperatures between 90°C and 190°C for consistent results. Designed for high-output commercial use, the fryer has an output of 34 kg of chilled chips or 28 kg of frozen chips per hour. The fryer includes convenient piezo ignition and a fail-safe top temperature cut-out and comes complete with 2 frying baskets. SKU: RHC9116
