Lincat J10/N Twin Tank Fryer

The Lincat J10/N is a commercial, freestanding natural gas fryer featuring twin 12-litre tanks and two baskets, designed for high-demand kitchens. Each 12-litre tank has its own thermostatic control, allowing different food types to be fried simultaneously at separate temperatures without flavour transfer. The unit includes a flame failure device and a top temperature cut-out to ensure safe operation and prevent oil overheating. A deep cool zone collects cooking debris, leading to cleaner cooking results and prolonging the life of the oil.
