Lincat Hot Cupboard & Heated Gantry

The Lincat Panther P8P4 is a heavy-duty, mobile hot cupboard with a plain stainless steel top designed for holding food and warming plates in demanding commercial environments. The hot cupboard can hold up to 396 plates (10″) or 60 plated meals. It is fully 1/1 GN compatible, accommodating 4 x 1/1 GN. It features an adjustable digital electronic control between 20°C and 99°C, a double-skinned stainless steel body for heat retention, and a cool-to-touch exterior. The hot cupboard also features a Lincat Panther PS4H1 single tiered heated gantry providing additional heated space for plating and garnishing food. SKU: RHC9290
