This griddle made by Lincat is a heavy duty, half flat half ribbed LPG griddle with a large cooking plate that assures even heat distribution. The griddle constantly gives you high output and reliable and consistent results. It features independently controlled heating zones for each the flat side and ribbed side of the griddle.
