Lincat 6 Grid Twin Combi Ovens

These double stacked Lincat OSC WE 61 are 6 grid commercial combination ovens manufactured by Rational for Lincat. These ovens are “SelfCookingCenter” (SCC) models featuring 7 operating modes for meat, poultry, fish, side dishes, egg dishes, bakery products, and finishing. It offers manual modes for steam, hot air (convection), and a combination of both. Each oven unit has the capacity for 6 x 1/1 GN trays, and the units typically operate between 30 – 300 degrees.
