The Lincat Opus 700 OG7002/Nis a heavy-duty, free-standing 6-burner natural gas range designed for demanding commercial kitchens. It features a large oven and thermostatic control allowing for precise heat management from 120°C to 280°C. Each burner can be controlled individually and the range includes flame failure protection and double-insulated doors and side panels to improve energy efficiency and kitchen safety. The unit also features a robust stainless steel body with a cast iron hob front, individual matt-enamelled cast iron pan supports, and a fully sealed hob top to prevent spills from entering the unit body.
