The Infernus INF-SP50 is a professional-grade, stainless-steel gas spit roast oven, engineered primarily for outdoor mobile catering, festivals, and large-scale events, it allows chefs to cook full hogs, lambs, or multiple joints of meat simultaneously. The oven features adjustable twin gas burners powered by bottled Propane or Butane, paired with electronic spark ignition. It is equipped with robust mains-powered motor designed to handle heavy loads, turning the spit consistently to deliver perfectly timed, even crackling. The oven is constructed from heavy-duty, food-grade stainless steel with a double-skinned insulated body to trap heat and optimize fuel efficiency and uses a front steering handle and heavy-duty, puncture-proof solid wheels (including locking castors) to navigate soft lawns and uneven event grounds easily.
