The Hoshizaki IM-100NE is a self-contained commercial ice maker that produces high density, slow melting ice, designed with hygiene and efficiency in mind, making it suitable for a variety of foodservice.
The ice maker is able to produce up to 105 kg per 24 hours and features a storage bin with 50kg capacity.
It also features a closed-cell ice-making system that uses a dedicated jet of fresh water for each cycle, protecting the ice from contaminants and sn automatic rinse cycle further eliminates mineral build up.
