This Hobart NCM40 is a professional 40-litre floor-standing planetary mixer designed for commercial kitchens. The mixer features a heavy duty commercial build and is able to mix large batches of dough, batters and other food products. It is equipped with a 3 speed gearbox and includes a stainless steel bowl, bowl guard, manual bowl lift and comes complete with whisk, dough hook and paddle.
