Foster Blast Chiller (BCT11)

The Foster BCT11 Blast Chiller is a professional, compact under counter kitchen appliance designed to rapidly lower food temperatures requirements. It has an 11kg chilling capacity, pulling hot food from +70°C down to +3°C in under 90 minutes to prevent bacterial growth and preserve food texture. The blast chiller features intuitive touchpad controls with colour-coded alerts to clearly show the current cycle status. It offers flexible programming options to safely chill delicate food items (soft) or dense food batches (hard) without compromising food quality. It uses a bottom-mounted system which improves unit stability and maximises performance efficiency in hot kitchen environments and automatically converts to a standard holding  fridge environment once the blast cycle completes, ensuring food stays safely preserved until needed.
