The Falcon Electric Solid Top Oven Range is a heavy‑duty 4‑hotplate electric range with a large 2/1 GN oven. It features two rectangular cast‑iron plates and two fast‑acting circular plates with its oven having temperatures from 100–250 °C as well as having controls for each plate, and to help make cleaning easy the oven has a full‑width removable drip tray for easy cleaning.
