The DF-82 Twin Tank Fryer is a compact commercial countertop electric deep fat fryer designed for use in commercial catering environments. The fryer features 2 independently controlled 6 litre tanks with dual thermostatic control, allowing users to run just one tank during quiet periods. The twin tanks also allow for cooking foods simultaneously whilst avoiding cross contamination. The heating elements and electrical head units are fully detachable and lift out easily for cleaning.
