The Hamoki Electric Fryer (EF-131) is a compact, powerful 13 litre countertop electric fryer ideal for fresh or frozen chips (18kg/hr fresh output) it can take up to 10 fish fillets or sausages. Use the EF-131 for frying foods with a strong flavour e.g. garlic mushrooms or Plaice fillets to avoid contaminating the oil of your main fryer.

This fryer is equipped with a removable frying basket or tray, which allows you to safely submerge food items in hot oil for even and efficient cooking.
