The ovens are also equipped with a five-level moisture injection mode to prevent dishes from drying out and shrinking. The user-friendly digital display with time and temperature controls make these Turbofan ovens simple to operate and the ovens feature dual energy-efficient halogen lamps for clear illumination of your cooking. The interior of the ovens features a vitreous enamelled coating that is quick and easy to clean and for safe operation, the ovens features a safe-touch vented door with a stay-cool handle.
