The Blue Seal Evolution Series G528D is a 1200mm wide commercial gas range featuring 8 open burners and a double static oven, designed for high-demand professional environments. The 8 independently controlled burners feature removable heavy-duty cast iron supports and vitreous enamel pot stands whilst the double oven, with drop down doors, is designed to accommodate 1/1 Gastronorm pans with each oven having four shelf positions and two oven shelves.
