Scotsman Ice Machine

The Scotsman EcoX EC 127 is a premium, commercial-grade ice machine engineered for highly efficient, high-volume ice production. The ice machine is able to produce up to 75kg of ice per 24 hours and features a 39kg built in storage bin. The machine sprays water upwards into an inverted mould. Impurities drop away, leaving behind dense, hard, and crystal-clear thimble cubes that melt incredibly slowly in mixed drinks. The machine is built with a front-mounted air filter that is easy to remove and wash, an automatic door-dampening system to avoid slamming, and a visible maintenance alert light. SKU: RHC9645
