The Classeq Hydro H857A / DET is a heavy-duty, high-volume commercial pass-through hooded dishwasher built for busy commercial kitchens. The dishwasher holds a standard 500mm x 500mm basket, cleaning up to 18 plates per rack. It features a fast 90-second (1.5 min) a 3-minute cycles for quick turnaround during peak times. The dishwasher is equipped with a low-capacity 39-litre wash tank to keep water, chemical, and energy costs to a minimum and is fitted with a built-in drain pump to remove water easily and a rinse booster pump to ensure spotless drying even in low water pressure areas.
