Empire Twin Contact Grill (B GRADE)

This Empire Twin Contact Panini Grill (EMP-GH813RR) is a heavy-duty commercial electric grill featuring ribbed top and ribbed bottom cast iron plates, designed for high output professional catering. The grill is suitable for panini’s, burgers, and steaks, offering a robust stainless steel build and twin adjustable thermostats that can reach up to 300°C. The total bottom plate cooking surface is approximately 470mm x 230mm and the grill is equipped with counterbalanced lids and heat-protected twin-grip handles. The grill also features an integral removable drip tray to collect excess fat and grease during the cooking process and is engineered for ultra-fast heat-up times to handle busy service periods in catering establishments.
