The blast chiller is able to easily and quickly chill up to 8kg of hot food from +70C to +3C in 90 minutes and freeze 5kg of hot food from +70°C to -18°C in just 240 minutes. Featuring user-friendly digital controls as well as a self-closing fully insulated door to maximise thermal efficiency and 2/3GN compatibility, you can easily load pans from different appliances without having to change containers. With user friendly digital temperature controls and display and a built in food probe to monitor core food temperatures, this blast chiller is designed for everyday commercial use in demanding professional environments.
