Angelo Po Induction Hob, Flat Top Griddle and Refrigerated Drawer

This cooking suite by Angelo Po combines a refrigerated drawer with a flat top grill and 4 ring induction hob. This setup combines the functionality of a refrigerated storage unit with the versatility of a flat top cooking surface and the precision of induction cooking. The refrigerated compartment helps optimize space and keep ingredients at the desired temperature whilst the flat top that consists of a steel cooking plate can be used to cook a variety of different foods and assures even heat distribution for consistent results. The induction hob provided precise and efficient heat control and can deliver almost twice the cooking power of a gas hob. Each ring on the induction hob can be controlled independently to help save power during quiet periods. Both the induction hob and flat top are powered by Three Phase 16Amp commando plugs whilst the refrigerated drawer is powered by a single phase standard 13amp plug. SKU: RHC8950
