This Merrychef Eikon E2S combines three heat technologies – Tuned impingement, microwave and convection and delivers high quality results, cooking up to 20x faster than a conventional oven. Featuring 12” cavity in a 14” width footprint it is the ideal way to cook, toast, grill, bake and regenerate a wide range of fresh or frozen foods, such as sandwiches, pastries, pizzas, fish, vegetables, and meat. Easy to install and easy to use, its compact design makes it ideal where space is at a premium. Other features of this Merrychef include, cool-to-touch exterior, easy touch icon driven touchscreen user interface, built-in diagnostic testing and UL certified ventless cooking capabilities through built-in catalytic converter.
