Rational Oven with Stand

This smart Rational Self-Cooking Centre boasts a wide range of self-cooking and combi oven modes for different foods and cooking styles making it ideal for high-output restaurants and food service locations. The combi oven features several cooking settings and provides a uniform and intensive distribution of heat, air and humidity within the cooking cabinet. This rational is fully gastronome compatible and the oven can accommodate up to ten 1/1 pans making it perfect for quick transfer between appliances. It also monitors usage of the oven and automatically detects the current level of soiling and general care status, prompting the user to run the to run the CleanJet®+ care system only when cleaning is required, minimising the use of water, chemicals and power. The oven features 7 cooking modes: meat, poultry, fish, side dishes/vegetables, egg dishes/desserts, bakery products and automatic finishing and 3 combi-steam modes: moist heat, dry heat and combined moist/dry heat.
