This twin zone induction hob made by Lincat is a high powered appliance that can deliver almost twice the cooking power of a similarly rated gas hob. Featuring a 6mm thick high impact resistant ceramic surface that can withstand hard knocks and is easy to clean. Other features of this induction hob include, easy to use rotary controls complete with LED display of power level, a pan detection function cuts power when no pan is present preventing harm to users and utensils whilst also saving energy and a powerful internal cooling fan and overheat protection making this appliance long lasting.
