This Lincat Commercial Electric Oven is a large capacity fan assisted oven for increased productivity, excellent heat distribution and reduced cooking times. Ideal for restaurants, takeaways, cafes and hotels, this oven can accommodate 1/1 GN pans and boasts a rapid cool down feature. This oven features four shelf positions with two removable shelves, while the oven is also able to support Silverlink 600 counter top units such as boiling tops, bain marries and griddles.
