This Dualit Double Contact Grill features robust cast iron ribbed top and flat bottom plates with a sprung top plate for flexibility, a thermostatically controlled temperature range of 50-300°C and a removable drip tray for easy cleaning. Other features of this contact grill include, heat resistant handle and dual plugs (one on each side) meaning each side of the grill is powered separately. This double contact grill would make a great addition to any professional kitchen.
