This Lincat HT3 electric boiling top is ideal for smaller cafes, pubs or restaurants and features 2 boiling rings. Each ring has 6 heat positions controlled by a switch on the front of the unit. This model features automatic power reduction if a pan boils dry or is removed to prolong the life of the hotplate. The fully pressed and sealed hob top makes cleaning easy and stainless steel construction provides durability.
