This Three Drawer Mobile Heated Unit by Victor enables hot food to be prepared in advance of the anticipated servicing time and stored in gastronorm containers in each drawer. The blown air heating module circulates air around the containers, combined with the integral water tray in the base of the unit to keep food in optimum condition until required. This unit is also compact and mobile so is ideal for mobile caterers and food festivals. Comes complete with six 1/1 Gastronomes. Perfect for use in any professional kitchen.
