This 28 litre unstirred digital Clifton water bath allow you to cook in a precise temperature controlled environment, to produce perfect results. This water bath uses a high precision controller so accuracy & consistency are guaranteed. If the water drops below the recommended minimum level or the unit is switched on without being filled with water, ‘FILL’ appears on the display as a visual alert to give run-dry protection. This water bath is Ideal for sous vide and other low temperature cooking and helps preserve and enhance flavour & aroma whilst retaining moisture, Minimizing the use of additional fat or salt during cooking.
